Company Obligations
- The Company is obliged to provide the Customer with goods that comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
- Goods shall be considered compliant with the agreement if they correspond to the description provided by the Company to the Customer and possess the same characteristics as the sample presented by the Company to the Customer.
- In the absence of a description provided by the Company, the goods shall be considered compliant with the agreement if they are suitable for the purpose communicated by the Customer to the Company at the time the agreement was concluded and accepted by the Company.
- An “Agreement” means an agreement between the parties, including a verbal agreement, evidenced by the transfer of goods to the Customer and the receipt of the corresponding payment by the supplier. Payment may be made using any payment method accepted by the Company.
Right to Return Goods Without Providing a Reason
Where a Customer purchases goods under a distance contract or an off-premises contract, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 7 calendar days.
The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if:
- the supplied goods were manufactured according to the Customer’s individual order or were clearly personalized to meet the Customer’s specific requirements.
Consequences of Withdrawal from the Agreement
Upon withdrawal from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, the obligations undertaken by the parties under the agreement shall cease, and anything received by either party in performance of the agreement shall be returned.
In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the Company shall:
- Refund all amounts paid by the Customer, including, where applicable, the amount paid for delivery, in full and without undue delay, and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving notification of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the agreement. The Company is not required to reimburse any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a non-standard or more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery service offered by the Company.
- Issue the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another payment method and does not incur any additional costs as a result.
- In the case of withdrawal from a sales agreement, the Company may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or the Customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless the Company has undertaken to collect the goods itself.
In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the Customer shall:
- Return the goods to the Company or to a third party designated by the Company without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days after sending notification of withdrawal, unless the Company has undertaken to collect the goods itself.
- Bear only the direct costs associated with returning the goods, unless the Company has agreed to bear such costs or failed to inform the Customer that such costs would arise in the event of a return. In the case of an off-premises contract where the goods were delivered to the Customer’s home and, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the Company shall collect the goods at its own expense.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Customer confirms that:

The Customer is either a legal entity duly established in accordance with applicable law or an adult natural person.
2.3
The Customer has full legal capacity and is not acting under the influence of narcotic, alcoholic, psychotropic or toxic substances, or as a result of mistake, fraud, coercion, threat or any other unlawful influence.
The Customer confirms that they are not the subject of violence, threats, deception, misrepresentation or any other prohibited conduct by tolordavaswords.com or any third party, and that they fully understand the nature of their actions, the provisions of these Terms & Conditions and the resulting legal consequences.
2.4
The Customer has full authority to enter into and perform the obligations provided for by these Terms & Conditions and any other applicable agreements or declarations.
Where a product is purchased by an unauthorized person, that natural person shall themselves be considered the purchaser (Customer), subject to applicable law.
2.5
The Customer has read these Terms & Conditions and finds them acceptable.

All information provided by the Customer is accurate.

The Customer is not engaged in or participating in any activity prohibited by applicable law, including the laws of Georgia and, where applicable, the laws of the Customer’s jurisdiction, including money laundering, unlawful arms trafficking, terrorism or other unlawful activities.

Throughout the duration of the agreement, the Customer’s activities and/or actions shall comply with applicable local and/or international law.
2.9
The Customer shall perform the obligations undertaken under these Terms & Conditions in good faith, fully and properly.
3. Payments Between tolordavaswords.com and the Customer
3.1
The Customer may make payment using the cashless payment methods accepted by the Company. By completing a payment or order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3.2
For bank transfers and other applicable cashless payments, the recipient is:

3.3
The Company shall provide reasonable customer support in resolving payment-related issues arising from cashless transactions.
3.4
The Customer may pay for purchases made through tolordavaswords.com using Visa International, Mastercard International or American Express (AMEX) cards, where supported by the applicable payment provider, or by transferring funds to the Company’s bank account.
Delivery Terms
Products purchased through tolordavaswords.com are delivered through OnWay or Yandex Delivery, where applicable.
The Company shall deliver the product to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order.
Within Tbilisi, the Company will generally arrange delivery on the same day following order confirmation, subject to agreement with the recipient and product availability.
If the relevant supplier or fulfillment location has completed its working hours and the product cannot be prepared for transportation on the same day, delivery will take place on the following business day.
Where the delivery address specified when placing the order is outside Tbilisi, delivery will generally take place within 2–3 business days.
If the address provided by the Customer is incorrect and/or the Company or courier is unable to contact the Customer, the purchased product will be returned to the supplier.
Delivery throughout Georgia is free of charge.
Product Exchange & Return Policy
- Products purchased through the online Website may be returned or exchanged within one week of purchase, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in these Terms & Conditions. Transportation costs associated with an eligible return or exchange shall be covered by the Company.
- Additional services, including, for example, gold plating, the addition of decorative elements and other custom modifications, are paid services.
